Dr Ammar Sammour

Dr Ammar Sammour is the head of the marketing subject group at Birkbeck Business School and Lecturer in marketing. Before joining Birkbeck, he held lecturer positions at several institutions in United Kingdom. Dr Sammour’s research encompasses various aspects of marketing, with a particular focus on corporate heritage management, brand innovation, financial technology and AI. He has collaborated on projects with researchers and organizations both nationally and internationally. Dr Sammourhas over12years of experience in marketing consultancy and entrepreneurship, particularly within the telecommunications sector across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
